So this evening after thawing out from our pumpkin farm adventure we went ahead and carved 2 of our pumpkins. Mitch and his buddies did one and Mike and I did the other. I think ours turned out much better then Mitch's, but he said mine was lame. WHATEVER!!! I am very proud of my carving skills. P.S. Mine is the one lit up in the last picture!!! :)

Looks like you had a great time! I see you saved the pumpkin seeds; did you bake them in the oven. Those are the best!
Yes, we certainly did!! I have pictures of me getting those ready as well!! lol
