What????

Mike's mom's birthday was last week so got a card and we all signed our names. I gave Mike kudos for faking John's name and making it look like John actually wrote it when he informed me that John DID write his own name. I was skeptical, so I whipped out a piece of paper, sat the kid down, and handed him a pen. OMG!!!! He can write his name!!!!! I literally jumped up and down.....I am so silly!! But it was such an accomplishment!! Thank god he has a short name....Isabelle of course is DOOMED!!

Happy Birthday John!!!!!

Today my baby boy John turn 4 years old!!!! Yesterday we celebrated by going bowling and seeing his first movie in a movie theatre.....How to Train a Dragon. Last night we baked cupcakes...and tonight we will have cake and balloons!! I cannot believe I am the mother of a 4 year old!!! SNIFF!!

Mama's Birthday!!

I had a very nice birthday today...filled with balloons, cake, flowers, tacos...and a whole day with my family!! It was the PERFECT day!! Not bad for turning 34.

YAHTZEE!!!!!

For one of our game nights Mike I and the little ones attempted a game of Yahtzee. They just had a blast throwing the dice in the box....had no concept of the actual game...but that is OK!! Everytime Isabelle threw them she did a little dance and sang 'I win I win!!!'

Here is our new front door. We bought the doors at Menards and one of Mike's friends installed them for us. We also updated the outside wall light and painted the numbers and mailbox to match. It turned out really nice and really updated the front of our house! :)

Easter egg hunt!

Mike got up bright and early and hid all the plastic eggs in the backyard. After we found their hidden Easter baskets we let them loose in the backyard to hunt for eggs. They had a fun time....and were then tasked with opening each one up to see what sort of candy was inside. Happy Easter everyone!!! :)
