So of course as soon as John saw his Baby Sissy on the computer he wanted to make a video of his own. This is him spelling his name and introducing the members of his family! ENJOY! :)

Jamaica here we come!!!!

Well, Mike and I are finally going on a honeymoon!! I have planned an extended weekend for the 2 of us at a Sandals Resort in Montego Bay for February. Grandma as graciously agreed to come to Madison to watch John and Isabelle so we will have no worries about the little ones while we are there! Izzie's first official hair do! :)

Here is Miss Isabelle (aka Baby Girl) sporting her first hairstyle! Well...really it is just a bow clipped into her little tuff of hair, but it is so darn cute!! Mom is so proud...and got numerous colors to accessorize with!! LOL

So, needless to say, Miss Isabelle is crawling all over the place and having so much FUN with it! She especially likes to come after Mama when she has the camera and check out what she is doing. She really does think that she is a Big Girl and that she can do anything!

RUMMAGE SALE!!!

We had really awesome weather for our rummage sale on Friday and Saturday. Sam and Mitch were home to help, which made a HUGE difference. All of our proceeds are going to new railings on our deck! :) The Pack in Play came in handy with Izzie being mobile now. Although she didn't stay content for very long in there. She was ready to get out after about 10 minutes.

Baby and the Bath Water????

So Mike was trying to multi task and get the baby washed at the same time as he did the dishes. Thank God we have a deep sink! LOL Just kidding. But we did find out that our sink makes a great bathtub for little Isabelle when she gets really dirty at dinner! I know that won't last long though....she will be climbing out any day now!

Nakey baby ALERT!!!

Watch out....the Nakey baby is on the loose....and she is coming after you!! OK...so she really isn't that fast....and she isn't dangerous at all...but she is cute as hell! :) She definitely has the Maier butt...that is for sure! She is really getting good at crawling and she follows me all around the house. She gets very mad when she can't see where Mama is at all times. :)

My haircut

OK....so it isn't the greatest picture...but you can get an idea of what my new haircut looks like. I really like it and think I am going to keep this one up for a while. Like I said...even Mike likes it!! :)

Brother and Sister

So I managed to get Izzie and John to sit together to get a picture.....the first time I have been able to do it yet. How cute are they?? I still think they look exactly like each other, but they are cute so who cares.

Such a BIG girl!!

Well, Isabelle is getting so big so quick...it is pretty crazy. Here she is standing up with the toy that John used to learn how to walk....and she just started crawling this week!! I swear she will be running around the house by the end of the month! :)

John's buzz cut

Well, dad was in charge of Nutter's haircut and lo and behold he buzzed it off! Mom was a little upset, but it does look really cute and John really likes it. He keeps running around saying 'Look at my haircut!!'

Bathroom Emergency!!!!

Well, our toilet seat broke in our bathroom so Mike had to replace it last week. Of course, John was a big help!

Happy Summer Everyone! This is the start of the Maier blog! I hope to keep everyone updated on the lives of the Maier family and let you know if anything exciting happens. Recently, Izzie cut her first tooth and has started to crawl. So she is on the move now! I got my hair cut....it is a super cute bob that is longer in the front and shorter in the back. Mike actually said it was cute...so he must not hate it too much! :)
