As we quickly learned during our Tennessee vacation...it is very important to have a fire extinguisher handy if you ever have a fire in your house. We also learned very quickly that you need to know how to operate it so you are prepared to use if necessary (unlike Shelly and I who stood there dumbfounded until Mike jumped in!!) We now have 2 extinguishers in our house and I have been shown how to use them...so I am prepared if ever presented with a grease fire again. Um....I still don't know how to use one. I just know how to grab kids and run....
