Spaghetti MESS!!!

Spaghetti seems to be one of the kids favorite dinners. Of course I think the reason they like it so much is because they get to make a complete mess!! Isabelle is pictured here mastering the skill of sucking up the noodles....a task she is getting really good at!! :) This dinner was followed by Isabelle's THIRD bath in 2 days. We had a very MESSY weekend! lol

Maier Mother's Day

Since I had to work Sunday (as always), I officially got to celebrate Mother's Day on Saturday. Mike bought me some flowers and balloons, and Sam surprised me with a neat frog wind chime and a step mom card signed by all the kids! :) It really did stink having to go to work on Sunday....next year I am taking the day off!!!

John and Isabelle have managed to find something that they actually like to do together! Of course they still argue over who gets what crayon and what page they are going to color. I expect to have many colored masterpieces plasterd to my refrigerator very very soon!!

He FINALLY did it!!!!!!

John finally went #2 on the toilet!!!! Yes that is right!!! My son finally went poo in the toilet!!! I am so darn proud!!! Good Lord....I am such a mom!! :) Best Mother's day present yet!! lol

for your HAIRDO!!!! This a picture of little Miss Isabelle after a session on our trampoline. Can we say staic eletricity??? She has finally learned to actually climb up the ladder to get in and jump up and down all on her own. She LOVES the trampoline now!

Red??? Orange???

So our summer project this year is to stain the newly revamped deck and the fence. We picked out a stain that is called 'Redwood', but we can't decide if it is actually orange and if we use it our backyard will turn into a pumpkin patch. We need some opinions....what do you think??? Mike and I are on the fence about it.....ha..ha...get it?? On the fence??? lol
